Steam, moisture, damp and bad smells can cause permanent and expensive damage to your home – including dangerous mould releasing spores into the air triggering breathing difficulties.

In many rooms (such as kitchens, bathrooms, WC’s and utility rooms without opening windows) mechanical ventilation (fans) is a requirement of meeting the building regulations for this very reason.

We have a range of installed fan options available to help keep your home smell free, damp free and damage free.

4in wall fans are fitted to the wall and vent directly through the wall so therefore can only be fitted to an external wall.  In-line fans consist of a larger fan unit in the loft, a vent on the ceiling in the room to be extracted from and a vent externally to exhaust the steam/smell – these can be fitted in internal rooms with no external wall and are considerably more powerful than a wall fan.

Where we are unable to vent through a wall or soffit you will require a roof vent fitting
